Combination?

I'm most likely shrooming soon, but I'm slightly nervous about it. So to quell my nervousness, I'm considering taking Valium or Xanax prior to the mushrooms. Has anyone ever done this or heard of it being done?

Just read a lott about shrooms and know what to expect and what to do with it.

If you're afraid, just take 20 grams fresh or 2 grams dry, you'll be safe...

But never EVER waste any shrooms with those damn antidepressants :wink:

yeah, save the benzo for when you want to get some sleep. I have a friend who will pop a valium if things are getting out of hand though. They're good to have around I guess.

I think valium is always good to have around as a parachute if things get to mutch for you to help you come down .
