from the book Salvinorin, by D.M. Turner so a normal full dose would be 0.8 to 1.2 mg, that would be something one can see me thinks. in a 100x extract you should be able to see white powder or crystals between the plant matter I guess. edit: forgot to mention the name of the book

well first you should keep it moist and humid by placing a glass or something else thats transparent over your re potted cutting and do not give it to much light, a few hours direct sun light in the morning or evening is enough. will post some more later I have to go to my job now.

normal cacts soil contains small wood chips and when those decompose they rip nitrogen out of the soil and thats a big no no for cacti.
