    well first you should keep it moist and humid by placing a glass or something else thats transparent over your re potted cutting and do not give it to much light, a few hours direct sun light in the morning or evening is enough. will post some more later I have to go to my job now.

    normal cacts soil contains small wood chips and when those decompose they rip nitrogen out of the soil and thats a big no no for cacti.

    shops don't sell the outer skin but the under lying green pulp, the outer skin is a flimsy transparent layer. why trow away the stem? it does contain a small bit of the goodies only by far not as much as the greens, when one would do an extraction wouldn't it be a shame to trow away the stem?

    well its about 2 and a half/3 hours since u took the seeds? sometimes they take up to 5 hours to really start working. if the sickness gets worse just lie down and relax don't fight the sickness that makes it worse and can really ruin your journey

    nausea and puking are part of a cactus trip, so i wouldn't take anything to stop it. besides there are possible drug drug interactions that can screw up you trip (although this is rare I think). and in my experience puking isn't too bad with san pedro, sometimes i even enjoy it :P

    About the MAO-i talk about salvia, MAO-i means mono AMINE oxidase inhibitor, so it inhibits the breakdown of amines, and amines contain nitrogen atoms, salvinorin doesn't contain nitrogens, and are no amines. I think salvinorin is destroyed by the acids in your stomach.
