Metal - Iced Earth, Metallica, Wintersun, Kreator, Ensiferum, Etc.
Other - Mozart (Trippy when stoned, smartens you up when sober)

Never tried anything else [yet]. I'm thinking about acid one of these days, if I cannot get DMT.

I really enjoyed Geskia yesterday, soft and relaxing breakbeat with some atmospheric stuff...really good. This album here, Sigur Ros remixes is also quite enjoying, breakbeat remixes mostly but quite good. Mono is very very good, brought me to cloud nr. 7 yesterday. The new Isis album is what I also liked, it is a progressive rock band. Generally, this homepage is great.

If I'm not feeling uppity and creative, I'll put on a stream with serious downtempo music (Stillstream, Space Station Soma, etc.), or switch to my Buddha Bar / Ministry of Sound chillout mix.

Oh and, if nobody's heard it before: Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan's "Night Song" album. Trust me when I say it's out of this fucking world!

Dead can Dance are absolutely...wow. When "In Power we entrust the love advocated" started playing I cried of beauty. Mogwai was also nice. World's End Girlfriend and Mono were too weird... I think that it is best to trip with music you are very familiar with. You can appreciate it more...and it is some kind of a call from home...

I prefer to listen to new stuff i haven't heard before, ofcourse i pre-listen it a bit before i begin the trip (determine the mood of the tracks i select) but i like a good surprise

I'll try again... Alpha & Omega is one of the greatest dub combos I ever heard. Maybe because the first time I listened to them I was on a Hofmann.
