Cho Myong-rok, the First Vice Chairman of the North Korean Defense Commission landed at San Francisco Airport in the United States via United Airlines flight 802 at 1:33pm local time on Sunday (KST 5:33pm Monday) to participate as a special envoy of Chairman Kim Jong Il in the U.S.-North Korea high-level talks that will begin in Washington DC Monday.
