Although I haven't yet watched the video, as it is quite long, the first thing that comes to mind always, especially with continued research into brain cancers, is the original find of a cure. I have known of this particular report for many years. It was from the initial release of this information in 1974 that spawned the actions of Rick Simpson. You may know him from the "Run From The Cure" videos.

There have since been many, many more studies and reports that prove that cannabis kills cancers of all kinds. Not all cancers, but very many of them, putting many others into remission.
Since we know that cannabis kills cancer, that makes the governments that maintain prohibition laws and the pharmaceutical companies that lobby for prohibition to be the worst mass murderers in history by withholding known working cures. Killers are in charge of our governments and our medicines. That knowledge has always pissed me off to no end. How many people have died needlessly in those 37 years since U of Virginia study? Millions!!! How about this question : How many people would have been saved if it had not been made illegal and it had continued to be used as medicine, as it has been used for centuries? Millions MORE!!!
Death for money. That is what the pharma companies are all about. Poisons for profit. That is why we must fight the good fight and get our rights to proper cures back into the hands of the sick and dying. And out of the hands of government sponsored homicidal maniacs.
