Studying Cannabis Management in USA?

Hey dear forum,

one of my best friends told me today, that he is going to go USA after highschool for studying. Ok, so far so normal. BUT now it comes.. he said that you can study there things like "cannabis management" because there is a big market for this business growing now.

Is this right? On ww I just found this MBA In Marijuana Management? Six Colleges Now Offer Courses but its no real answer to me, because I dont know what "MBA" is (bachelor - master?!).

The only university that is currently offering cannabis MBA that I could find is the  University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
