He made the ending and starting time of the subtitles overlap, and thus they go up and down all the time. I've had this problem myself when I made subtitles for another video. He must manually adjust the timing of each line.

Ask your friend to send me the subtitle file, I think I can easily adjust it, and improve the English a bit as well.

Actually...it's a very stupid video. It gives a very bad impression of potsmokers and Polish men. What do you want to accomplish with a video like this?
