Should i wait?

Hi;
I started a new pf jar, but in the beginning, i forgot the jar in the pressure cooker for a long time. Brown rice flour gets dark brown. I injected the spores and the mycelium started to grow. But they grow slowly. One side of cake is filled with mycelium but there are still empty places. One side is growing very slow.
Should i wait until all the jar fill with mycelium? or is that enough to get mushroom? I will make casing.

You might want to try to inject some sterile water into the substrate..but becareful of infection.
