When one joins for a new job he/she will find it interesting and exciting, but after doing the same work over and over the excitement vanishes and it is replaced by lethargy. This is a human psychology therefore, cannot be called as a disorder. If the employer is not aware about this, all the employees will fall into a state of inactiveness and this will affect the growth of the business. A dull group of workforce will also increase the chances of workplace accidents. Hence, the company has to come up with some refresher course that will rejuvenate employees’ from current state of weariness.

Many employers consider health and safety course as worthless until they encounter some very serious safety hazards in their workplace. Safety training sessions will reinforce in employees the importance of maintaining health and safety in workplace and cautions them that nobody is immune from the cruel hands of safety risks unless proper safety measures are put into use. Employees who understand the importance of this message will follow the rules and procedures while in the workplace, which will save him and his colleagues from untoward incidents.

An effective training session does not complete in a mere written examination; it will monitor whether the employees who underwent the course are implementing what they have learnt in the course while they are working. An employer who looks forward to a brighter future for the company will not hesitate to offer health and safety course for employees.

What is very important is to achieve a work-life balance.

It is very essential for all the companies or employers that they should make a clear record of what has to be done to ensure workplace health, safety and security. According to the Commonwealth, State or Territory occupational health and safety laws, every employer has an obligation to ensure that staffs, workers and employees are protected from health and safety risks arise during their work activities at the workplace. Health and safety of your staffs or workers and every single person who is visiting your workplace or organization is an important issue for both you employers and employees. And also people should understand "Prevention will always be better than cure".
