I did a training period at some company where they grew edible and medicinal mushrooms (not psilo's). The manager of that company gave me a book when i left there:
"Growing Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms", by paul stamets.
It's a very good book imo, but i think you're more looking for something more psilocybin-related

this Paul Stamets also has other books, "Psilocybin Mushrooms of the World" for example.
