Not really. The cold water extraction method (producing the amber colored Ambrosia) wasn't mentioned at all. I will write you an email about it.

I did an essay on henbane for uni, it has a section on pilsner beer, and you can get the sources for my info in the references section if you like:

There's plenty of evidence that pilsner would often include henbane, including old family recipes and other historic info, there's also evidence of other ingredients like absinthe; you can start by looking up "gruit" on wiki or elsewhere for more info.

The urine is psychoactive because ibotenic acid is metabolised into muscimol which *isn't* metabolised - and the muscimol is more psychoactive.

You can get dried amanita in british smartshops - there's at least one in devon

there are many places in London (especially Camden) that sell dried amanita, but i have never seen the extracted version outside of Amsterdam
