It’s time for a new Psychonaut.com contest!

The Psychonaut team thought it would be cool to get to know fellow Psychonauts a bit better. Chatting and discussing on the forum is great of course, but who is behind that funny post you read recently, who experienced that amazing salvia trip, or who added that pretty self portrait in the art studio (photo gallery)?

Respecting the wonderfulness of the anonymity of Internet, we decided to create a contest for a binding characteristic of Psychonauts: their computer use. We thought it would be a nice idea to collect photographs of your (chaotic?) real life desktop, with the Psychonaut.com website visible, of course.

So, send us your pictures showing your personal desktop and allow us to get to know you just a bit more….

This is your chance to send us the wackiest pictures of your favorite place to talk to your online mates, so they can see where you are posting from, and you can get to learn to know them in return!

The best photo, showing your desktop conditions and the Psychonaut.com website, wins an amazing electric vaporizer that vaporizes your stuff at the right temperature, so you can enjoy every last bit of it! This means no worries about the toxic elements and a pure delight of the herb's essential material.

Pimping up your desktop is allowed, as well as sending us two photos from your desktop instead of one. Maybe from different angles or with a different content? This might increase your chance to win… Collages are accepted as well of course. Please don’t send us more than two photos though.

So, to make things clear: the photo may be showing your desk, your table or anywhere you post from the most. This can be your workplace, your school, an Internet cafe, your house, a hut or wherever you post from!

A special gallery will be created for this contest, and a special announcement thread will be opened. Finally, the top five desktop photos will be selected, and the winner will be chosen by a Poll. The winner will walk a way with this great electric vaporizer!



I will go first, ofcourse I will not be competing for the vaporizer.

Ok this is my desktop, a bit messy but that is the way I like it (well not always ofcourse). For the autenticity I did not clean it, but I did at a little to spice things up. Let me know what you think.

So heres my desktop

Didn't clean her up so.The yellow book is "Psychedelic shamanism" by Jim DeKorne, in Estonian.And yes these are x-530 logitech's for the goapsy sessions im havin'.The book isnt good to see but it is here.I will post a second pic with everything cleaned up.

i am a very dirty person...seriously
i cut my nails monthly,i go under shower once a week(or 3 times a month), but i am happy i don't care...lol
here is my desktop includes : ( i have only a cheap web cam sorry pic is blury)
always dirty ashtray,my bong(w/dirty water...since 50-60 days somethin),my cheap cigarettes,some weed,rolling papers,a very dirty table cloth,logitech momo wheel,my beautiful porn cd's (a very good masturbation is worth a tons of pussies),a glass of coca cola (i dunno...guess it is on my table since 1-2 weeks somethin)

Ok, I admit, my desktop is a little bit pimped the mushroom and gnoom are normally not there 8) And I put the thick psychedelic book there to look more intelectual

@hi - I guess it is for the best, your picture is a little bit blurry. I looks and sounds really dirty :)

Looks like Psilocybine, but its really difficult to see. And Theelord are you really usxing the green interface instead of the pink ? Isn't it time you tried to switch to the pink-blue version like its supposed to ? (no offence, just kidding).

So, this is my desktop. It's extremely cleaned up and decorated (just for the photo, of course - usually it looks like a dump...)
The quality was bad (shot with a Palm Zire 72, essentially like a cellphone cam) so I photoshopped it a little :lol:
