lastnight while buying meade, or what passes for meade here, i discovered 2 bottles of really good really real meade. having no control over buying both bottles my wife and i took 4 80% kavalactone capsules and just half a glass of meade. the combination seemed to react beautifully, with in 15 minutes we were totally relaxed and very dreamy. our sleep was filled with really wonderful dreams and we woke feeling really well.
