In the past there was an Austrian site that sold them , but not anymore.

Panaeolus species are much more difficult to grow then the cubensis. Cubensis growkits are fool proof. Until now nobody has been able to produce fool proof growkits for the Panaeolus. This means that the few kits which were on the market only caused problems (which means complaining customers etc).
This is also the reason your Austrian site doesn't sell them anymore.
