The ego is what keeps us balanced between the individual and the all/universe/god. Without ego, we merge into the web of everything. With too much ego, we lose contact with the universe. :mrgreen:

I once experienced on a high dose of DMT what I could only describe as Ego Death. The world around me was huge, too much shit going on for me to actually HAVE feelings about my surroundings or situations. I was just along for the ride, a pair of floating eyeballs in the ever bright world that I was confronted with. I was not me for a good 10 minutes. I have felt my ego like I have felt my sanity.
