Cannabis plantations in India - biggest %

Where in India are the biggest concentrations of cannabis grows? I'm very interested to travel to some of them(nearest cities). So if you have been to India or just read from some government sites about this, let us know. Or links related to this and/or nearby countries is also very welcome.

Nepal should be the home of indian strains, so close to Nepal should be ok.
