My routine involves going veggie for at least a week beforehand. I also make a point to drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol. Mostly I eat raw fruits and vegetables, healthfood bars (Powerbar, Cliff), cereal, granola, lots of rice and sunflower seeds. Since I force myself to quit drinking for a period of time, I usually use more kratom and kava kava than I normally would which doesn't seem to be a problem.
