and so here is a live report of me eating my muscarias
now i'm just nibbling small pieces of dried material after fasting for the whole day (mind you i've toasted them at 50° ventilated owen)
they taste damn good (i've injested 0.5g to break-fast thus i won't be hungry the whole evening [the cool thing is that if i do this i won't be feeling nauseous later when i injest the ret 4.5g at 24:00)
like bakon flavoured chips
and i'm going off to dance with my peeps
gonna take my 5g soon after i come back
to practice some old fashoned nordic shamanism
