    High, Depending on the folume of the jar you add about equal part. Sample: 180ml Rye and 175ml water, no vermiculite. Brown Rice Flour needs vermiculite in order to funtion well. Very much verm is used. Sample: First the dry ingredients are mixed: 4 cups of vermiculite, 1.5 cups of riceflour.

    High, Dried and fresh mushrooms will not loose there potency by freezing Fresh ones will turn into slurry when defrosted but is still usefull and potent. The freezing temp will slow down the potency loss of the mushrooms. Just had to write this down:D

    High, The ones in the fridge can keep there potentcy at least a year. The best is a glass jar which keeps oxy out! The fresh ones will start to decade and you will see and smell when it is time to trough them away. Enjoy!
