Unless you regularly make professional pictures that you want print, adjust the settings of your camera. It's probably set to 1600 x 1200 pixels (or whatever, it could even be 3264 x 2448), which is way too large for the Internet. Set it to 640 x 480 and you'll never have to resize.

If you have to resize, simply use Windows paint or Photoshop and change the image size.

I've got one shaped like an iPod. I've also seen scales in the shape of a CD cover, box of cigarettes, matchbox, ashtray, calculator and credit card. And then there are stash boxes shaped like candles, batteries or even a stone.
