Sensory Deprivation Tanks?

I've always wanted to try going into a sensory deprivation tank. Has anyone on here ever been in one? And if so, what have you experienced?

Haven't ever tried this, but thought about doing it alot, especially considering that there's a place where I could do this in my city...

Maybe I'll practise meditation or yoga a bit before going into one, as I surely wouldn't enter into one of those things while trippin' :D

...he was doing this stuff 40 years ago too...
