Need some help here, I harvested a HUGE 89g (fresh ofc) cubensis 48 hours ago. Started drying the stem and cap separately underneath a lamp (30-35C) with airflow.

The bottom layer was crushed hardbread with kleenex over it to suck up the moist. The problem is that I didn't turn them properly and now they have laydown-wounds (one side is dark and it is not dry at all).

Can I just turn them and keep drying for another 24 hours? Please tell me it is not ruined :(

usually these woungs are just a normal reaction from touching them. you can still eat it.
but you say that the darker side is not dry? is it moldy? turn it and look how it develops. do you have a pic of it?
why do you dry it under a lamp? i think it's better to dry them at a cooler place.

I dried my mushrooms by laying them down on a piece of paper, in a carton box. Likeinnercartoon says, show us a picture. Probably someone could advice you what to do....

In 48 hours they won't become moldy. They become dark or blue from touching, and the down side might not be dry, so dry it. Large shrooms take quite a while to dry.

I dry my shrooms on a metal grid, with a fan blowing air over them. I also cut the larger shrooms lengthwise so that the stems will dry faster. If you don't do that, the larger stems take ages to dry, even with the fan.
