Well, as for all drugs, if you use this rule I think you will be ok, ask the smat shop for advice first and tell them about your usual habits and then you can go first time half a gram and then wait for 20-40 minutes and then take the second half, this is not extacy this is nature and it can fuck with you but dont worry, it only needs one guideline and that is the only one.
