Normally, when I grow pf cakes, first flush is so so, then I dunk, second flush is massive, then I dunk again, third flush is massive again. Usually, I discard the cakes after three flushes since most contams seem to happen with the third flush, if I dunked them that is.

Nutrients should be plenty after one flush. Only thing that is missing, is water. Adding water by dunking in the fridge for 24 hours, will fix this.

My second flushes are always massive if I dunk after the first one.

i just harvested my 2nd flush and it was a total of 138 grams. i dunked them and put them in the fridge and the results compared to my first flush was less shrooms but really bigger.
