For meditation purposes, I went a local smoke shop and bought some 15x Pure Sticky Salvia (Roughly 15 bucks.) Rode home, took my shoes off; kicked on some Radiohead and got out my pipe and put one pinch of Salvia in it. I lit, inhaled and immediately felt a rush. It was basically like very strong weed. I exhaled and loaded another bowel. I put the pipe in my sink just in case I started to trip hard. I didn't want to handle a fire or anything. (Funny thing about Salvia is it makes you want to keep smoking it. They make the lid so dammed hard to open because so, I think); I somehow convinced myself that there were two of me (I was talking to my arm for a bit, reciting poetry and such) My skin became very hot (I was sweating like a bitch.) I took off my shirt after repeating 'Fuck, so dammed hot. Fuck, so dammed hot.' about 20 times. I went to lay down on my bed (Sitting down is always fun when you're high) and closed my eyes. I saw a very feint video-game like street and I was rushing down it very fast. It was very dream-like. I felt the effects were wearing off and I got up to take a shower. Afterward I got something to eat.
I didn't have any hallucinations whatsoever. I may have smoked too little, or not right. I'm gonna try another bowl tonight. We'll see if I see anything. As I type the effects are still wearing off. I feel very enlightened and refreshed.
Salvia is not designed for some lame 'teenage weed-like/lsd-like' high. It's for meditation purposes. Granted, it's fun as hell talking to yourself for a while.
