Ecstacy = Erectile Dysfunction?

Last night i went out to a club with a couple buddies of mine, i had a total of 6 pills for the night which were of really good quality. However I meet someone at the club, go back to her place and the next thing you know my penis isnt working. Is this permanent?

i doubt its permanent, it happens to me all yhe time on e. the desire is there but the flesh isnt playing. i wouldnt worry about it. some men claim it never happens to them but thats bull. the morning after is normally much better.

They must have been pretty weak (or cut) if you needed 6 to get the dosage right. A high but still pleasant dose is between 125 and 175 mg of MDMA, which means the tablets each contained between 21 and 29 mg only. Higher doses simply increase the unpleasant side-effects, including erectile dysfunction.

Perhaps the tablets were cut with speed, which also might explain your problem. MDMA does diminish the desire or even the capacity to orgasm (for it increases the amount of oxytocin in the body, as in the post-orgasmic state itself), but generally doesn't lead to loss of erection, although this does occasionally happen.

I think MDMA is way more suited to using with someone you already love, than with someone you just met.

Most pills have shit in 'em, I think if you would take just pure MDMA, the problem wouldn't be there

Hmmm, strange, I've never had the problem to begin with except on 8 pills (the night I decided to quit pills)
But definitely not on MDMA.
Back to the Oxytocin story, I'm ready to "go again" within no time after an orgasm so that might explain why I've never had any significant problems.
Just a hunch though.

hey i'm feeling the after effects of a night of extacy use, having the same problem with my penis not working. Its been a few days and, well its not getting better. Is this permanent?

You definitely got something else in that X. MDMA doesn't affect you like that, long term.

Get some very good sleep by exercising before hand. Drink plenty of gatorade. Eat well (no junk food, fast food, or refined sugar for at least 2 weeks) and get plenty of good fats/protein in you. Take one glass of Emergen-C in the morning, and one at night.

Oh and no drugs, or alcohol. And go easy on the caffeine (no soda at ALL).

You should be ok in 2 weeks. If not, or you get worse, go see a doctor, pronto.

PS: next time, get your MDMA from a reliable source, or not at all ! And dont ask for "X". Ask for MDMA and accept nothing else.

Unless you are taking high amounts of mdma very regularly I don't think you would ever have to take 6 good pills per night. The most I have ever taken per night were 2 and a half, although I had taken x regularly (on a weekly basis at least) for over a year. The night I had taken these 2 and a half I was pretty sure they were speed pills with none or not much mdma.
Maybe I'm very sensitive to mdma (I guess I am...) but 6 good pills sounds like nothing anyone I know would have ever stood up to...
