well there are students that take ritalin etc. to get concentrated. But:

you cannot get motivated artificially, that's a stupid question. Motivation by definition comes from yourself. If you are not interested resp. have no interest in doing something (e.g. good marks, good job), you won't get motivated. Full stop.
