Anyone tried these. Have seen them advertised on several web sites now. You put them in a hot drink for a while then throw them away. Said to work but was looking to if anyone else had tried them. :lol:

I have had this a few times now and each time it is real scary! Thankfully it is rare but seems to happen a day or so after having done a particularly heavy Psych session. When I try to sleep there seems to be a place between being awake and actual sleep where I am aware of my surroundings but...
