I dont know if it is how my body responds to water high but everytime i take a shower my high will dissapear or just go away. Any way to explain this to me?? Do other people have this same experience?

I saw that you need to take 20-60 mushrooms of this certain type, then it only sais 1 gram if they are dry. So they are more potent when dry? (sorry I'm a newbe in shroomland) How would I go about drying them? Can I use the microwave?
