What would happen if you smoked a pill

What would happen (yeah, I know it's a generic question) if you smoked an over-the-counter drug like say I take tylenol or ibuprofen for example. Crush them up, and smoke them on top of some cannabis. I would never try it without researching it, but it's a thought.

Any weird combinations like this that would make for an interesting experience?

Almost all the natural mind altering substances that we know today have been discovered by humans long ago. In general, I can't imagine how many people have died from trying new things (oh, lets eat/smoke/cook/inject/snort this plant/animal/chemical and see what happens, dead). The loonies out there do all the real pioneering

well these drugs are different molecules with different melting temperatures...
now I don't know everything about it.. but I do know that the reason why u don't smoke some drugs is because the stuff gets burned before it can even reached ur lungs .. or it doesnt burn and just melts
or u simply destroy the molecules
