They are very old! 8) Can cay ANCIENT! 8)
One thing bothers me bout their age. If U cut down cacti and then receive new heads or sprouts they will look like ones U have one picture. "Normal Peyote" doesn't have many "ribs" and also doesn't have so many "tufts" on it. Particular like ones on picture. But this is only my opinion and comment from real experience, not net reading of some sort!
From XP, this cacti should have enough alkaloid for one guy. Maybe for 3-4 but this is long shoot! 75% (I bet) U have one dose!
Once again I look at your picture. This is 100% once cuted Peyote cacti! What is giving U away is base, base from where cacti emerge! That base is to big. What that means? means that cacti doesn't needs to be very old! If U give them proper sun, climate conditions, water and proper transplant, sprouts can and will become large enough just like it was their "father". But anyways, this cacti will give U minimally mild trip if U prepare it badly, poor. But just also opposite, this cacti brew can be strong enough for 3-4 guys. Depends. Depends.

Climate?
Winter and Summer period? How long each lasts?
Do U transplant it often?
Are they thick or soft on touch?
