Ask an asocial junky to stop poisoning me and poluting my flat !!!!! I do it every day . I`ve talked to all of them . I`ve talked to my landlord loads of times . I joined the tennants legal advice asociation and it still hasnt stoped . You cant reason with a junky who is blind to facts and just wants to justify his adiction , as weve seen on this thread .

you are aware, that hypochondria can cause the actual diseases one believes he has? like placebos, just the other way round...

I am not a hypochondriac , my illness is not psychelogical , its physical . Of cource in all illnesses there is a psychelogical component but coughing up black lumps is not psychelogical . Telepathic long distance diagnosies dont help . And trying to justify asocial behaviour by implying my illness is psychelogical is more than base . If i had the sort of illness you seem to be implying i have the doctors would have sent me to a psychologist for it and not to specialist lung doctors . Up till now you seem to me to have given no facts about your claims , and just seem to me to be justifying adiction . Please stop making sweeping , magnanamous statements and offer some proof of what you say . Please disprove the scientists and doctors that say that pasive smoking is dangerous .

I am not saying you are, I am suggesting to think about it from a different perspective. And yes, psychological illness can cause physiological illness, especially if it comes to lungs, skin and stomach. I find it hard to imagine, that the smoke from your next door neighbors, who smoke in their apartments (I would guess) would crawl into yours and accumulate there. smoke, in a normal ventilated area disperses rather fast. the smell might cling, but the poison is not. If the smell (even if its that of an ashtray, or synthetic smoke odor) makes you sick, you should again explore the possibility that it is mentally invoked. A reality that you create...
But since I don't live at your place, I would not know, how the smoke might enter your living space...

The neighbours that live around me dont air their apartments , they just open a window or their balkony door on the west side . Heat rises so if i do the same their smoke rises and polutes my flat . I`m talking about the smoke from between 4 and about 10 smokers when they have visitors . Because of that i always have a window open on both sides so their smoke gets sucked through my flat faster . = catch 22 , whatever i do i often have to sit in other peoples smoke . If they would open windows on both sides of their flats , or just on the side the wind isnt comming from i would not get poluted at all . I and the janitor have explained that to them but they dont give a fuck . My flat now stinks like a bar .

I cant sit in my flat with the windows closed because they are special double glass windows with little air slits in them that each let 4 liters of air through an hour so the smoke still comes through , and who wants to sit in a flat with all the windows closed ? Another problem is that my flat has 19 holes into the flat above and the flat below where the heating pipies go throudh and the electric cables come in and out .

Any more questions or ideas ?

I sympathize with GOD and see how this is an issue. The main argument I've always supported for drug legalization is that drugs only harm the users. However, the very poor situation GOD seems to find himself in contradicts this entire argument. If only there was a way to vaporize the nicotine needed or consume nicotine in a way that does not harm others.

It seems quite foolish that tobacco remains a legal drug when it is smoked, causing proven health detriments, yet cannabis, a drug proven cause none of these health problems when passively smoked remains illegal in most of the world.

I grew up in a home with a nicotine addict, and it is not enjoyable. The health of myself, my sister, mother, and even our dogs was damaged on a constant basis. The problem rests not with the drug itself, but with the ignorant or simply arrogant user.
