Never birth an uncolonized cake. The bottom of your cakes have uncolonized areas and if you birth them prematurely they will be destined for contamination.
Always allow your cakes a few extra days after they appear completely colonized to be certain the center of the media is also consumed by mycelium.
Maybe you can get better pics without reflection next time as it's difficult to see. They look ok except the bottom of the center jar in top photo(and again in later photo). The bottom center(triangular shape) looks like it's colonised by a polyculture. If it's very different in appearance from the other mycelium and retains that "border line" appearance, then it is probably contaminated. 12hours is enough for first dunking. Later flushes and you can dunk for up to 24hrs.
