"Want to know how many people use drugs in your country? These are the latest numbers"

"The annual World Drug Report, published today by the UN office on drugs and crime, charts what it sees as the decline in production of cocaine and heroin but a rise in amphetamines and synthetic drugs.

The report finds "seismic shifts" in the cocaine market and a decline in the use of cannabis by young people in the United States and western Europe. It examines the trends in use and seizures of all the major drugs and the changes in routes for trafficking. The survey provides evidence, according to the executive director of UNODC, Antonio Maria Costa, that drug use needs to be treated as an illness and that the traffickers rather than users should be targetted by law enforcement agencies worldwide."

the large image is very strange, confusing and doesn't say anything...main problem drugs? what does that mean? The amount of people that are in hospitals? Or did they ask the junkies what drug they had most problems with...? The desiners obviously like playing with colors and nice tables...

Drugs need to be treated as an illness? Whatthefuck?

hey this is very shocking i think some moment is needed in this field through which people can be educated regarding the ill effect of the drugs....
