I'm talking about businesses and how to encourage them and keep the ones you have. It's been proven that lower taxes = more revenue, so why don't they adopt that?
The top 5% of 'the rich' pay 50% of all the taxes. Statistically. They would make more at a 15% flat tax. But they aren't interested. I find that telling. If they could make more $$$, they would. There must be something they're doin now/not telling us or they would switch overnight.
