Should I Harvest the Shrooms Under the Surface?

What's up, y'all. Just had a semi-urgent question about harvesting the shrooms in the growbox. I just picked them today, 15 days since I started them, and I noticed that there are a bunch of fairly developed shrooms (i.e., a sizeable cap and decent-size stem) 'under the surface' of the top of the growkit. I can see them through the clear side of the box. Should I dig them out from underneath there, or let them grow til the next "flush"? I'm still not sure, does the whole 'multiple-harvest' thing work with every growbox, or do you have to get lucky and/or do something special to make it happen? Thanks for the help.

You mean I should literally dig through the "soil" (or whatever it is)? Won't this ruin any possible second flush? Thanks.

try to catch em with a sterilized fork , but don t hurt the mycelium , or else it will turn blue and it could possibly become comtamited

Clean your hands very well!
Take the box and turn it around.
As the substrat lays in your clean/sterile hand you are able to pick those shrooms to.
When done replace the brick of substrate.
