I'm probably going to San Diego here in a couple of weeks. How can I get weed once I'm there, ie how do the dispensaries work?

I'm not sure I think you just walk in there, say what you got, and bacically the resident doctor will make a prescription for you.

Ailments range from depression to AIDS as I heard. But I'm no doctor and I don't live there, just a guess.

That's the extent of my knowledge as well.
