QUESTIONAIR:whats ur substrate method.measurments #of jars

hey all, just wondering what most people use and what there measurments are for when making substrate and how many jars they intend to fill with there jars. what size jars do most people use? pint half pint? cups? just asking. i personaly have been going with 2 cups vermiculite, 1 cup water and 1 cup organic brown rice flour and if i make more or a bigger dose i just double what that is ext. just wondering what other people use and whats there method?

I use 1 pint (full pints) jars filled 1/2 to 3/4 full of coffee soaked barley or coffee soaked popcorn.
