well, theyre sculptures made out of....well, i dont really know, tubs of some sort maybe? and colored fabric?

it's UV-active wool (or some other string) on black wood-frames, lit by good blacklight lamps. this kind of decoration is pretty common at goaparties, at least around here

I just know this german website where you can buy such stringart. but you can also build it yourself. the wool is also available on that site. and some other funny stuff ;)
