Play tetris after a bad trip

Based on this news report it might be an idea to try playing a little tetris if you've had a bad trip and you're shook up. Some people are of the opinion you need to go through bad trips but all the same it's something to bear in mind

Maybe it has something to do with Fm theta brainwaves:

Might sound vague but it's really based on actual studies, in which they let people do tests for extroversion-introversion, anxiety and neuroticism and measured their brainwaves..
