This is classic afterlife specimen of cutting Peyo. Two times or more maybe. Very old roots which has been treated fairly. And now U have strong and beautiful sprouts round main head. This is actually science! How to cut your cacti to form such size and shape!! Cutting is very easily to preform but what U will get out of it is different matter!
