I suggest El Topo and The Holy Mountain by Jodorowksy, very visionary and sybolic kind of movies.. or the live "Rinochet at Coventry Cathedral" by Tangerine Dream, a impressive tripping and visual video with spacy and cosmic music..

fear and loathing in las vegas is the fucking greatest movie on the whole planet!

but i would suggest the old black/white akira kurosawa movies, because they make a very special feeling, even when you are not on shrooms!

I think fritz the cat is nice for tripping lightly
but if ur really tripping hard I think its hard to focus on something as tv
or make sense out of it and it totally ruins every spiritual aspect of a trip

That's my opinion as well.
"If you're still able to watch tv, then you're simply not tripping hard enough!" LOL

But if you want to trip & watch, then try "Naked Lunch" by David Cronenberg. I think this movie only makes sense when you're tripping

I watched Fear & Loathing on (a lot of) shrooms with 5 friends, but I was the only one who wathed it to the end 'cause no one could handle it and they all went outside

Waking life should be pretty interesting on mushrooms, but I think I prefer watching movies on acid more, because its more clear and less blurry


Oh man, you should watch mirrormask, that movie is amazingly surreal!

is a movie thats trippy even when ur not tripping
I personally find this a very good movie
it could get pretty intense though when on shrooms

Or the Indian, he went to see Sponge Bob The Movie, laughing his ass off between aal them kids in the theater on a buckload of shrooms. Man, to just pop your head in a cinema fully twisted .. kinda hard, but if you like it .. it must be awesome

On my first shroom trip (I was still doing them just for fun back then) I went to see Kill Bill with 3 of my friends. The manga-scene was amazing, everything in the whole theater went manga-style! I laughed my ass off for two hours & the other people in the theater looked at us like we were crazy

I watched shanhai noon on shrooms. And man did my muscles hurt after that movie Me and my friend were in a constant laughkick
Especially at the drinking game part

My wife & me enjoyed "the abyss" on shrooms — terrific ! — ot the "Emerald forest", but the best movie you can watch when you're stoned is the one that appears on the wall ! (unfortunately, there's no rewind...)
