Marijuana OD???

Last night something really weird happened to me. I was at my friends house and we smoked 2 chilooms and a joint in 4 of us; and after a while i went out of the house because i had to go home, i wasn't sober but i wasn't stoned to the limits. So before actually getting out of the house i sat on the stairs browsing my iPod, when all of a sudden i had the urge to pee and as soon as i got up, my sight kinda faded away and all i could see was the outline of the surroundings. So my friend opened the door for me because i said that i needed a piss, but as soon as i stepped back in the flat i collapsed face down on the floor! My friends helped me getting up and all of a sudden i fainted again face down on the floor (and this time breaking one of my front teeth... OUCH!). While i was down on the floor (my friends told me this, i have no memory at all of this), apparently i started twitching and shaking really heavily as if i had an epileptic attack. And this of course really worried stiff my friends, that were a bit panicking. Shortly i got up again still shaking and looking real pale and looking seriously fucked up and headed towards the bathroom for my piss, and of course... I fell for the third time banging my head against the edge of the door (OUCH x2!). After that, few seconds later, i came back to life on the sofa and i COMPLETELY regained consciousness; to the point that i was completely sober...

What i want to say, i mean... wtf? I've been smoking for at least 3 years and usually much more heavily (i went to amsterdam twice) and also did other drugs, but something like this never ever happened to me. The thing that's kinda weird is not the falling per se (that can happen when you're not exactly 100% sober), but the shaking and the epileptic-like twitching while i was down.

So... I'm asking you fellow and experienced psychonauts: what happened? What might be the cause of my bizzarre "marijuana OD"?

Your experience probably isn't cannabis related at all.

it sounds like you had a seizure.

you should see a docter and see if you have a family history of epilepsy.

No seizure, your blood pressure just went abruptly down, that's what made you faint. It's normal, and also the shaking and twisting when you were unconscious is normal. You probably have a low blood pressure naturaly, so smoking a big amount of marijuna or haxixe made it go even lower. Coffee, salt, even water with sugar helps to bring up the blood pressure again.
So just be aware that it can happen again, AND DO NOT STAND UP when it's happening, take it easy, get some sugar, a chocolate, something like that.

I'm not a doctor, so i could be wrong, but i guess this was it.

When one stands up, you become dizzy if done too fast. Like Alice said, if you have a low blood pressure, you have the dizzyness more than other people.

MJ brings the blood pressure down even more, so the effect increases even more.

It's not a seizure, shaking violently during periods of unconsiousness is normal.
