Pure LSA had been tested in labs for psychoativity and seems to be entirely devoid of it.
Having said that, I've eaten quite a lot of HBWR seeds and they definitely make things sparkle. But there are a ton of other things in the seeds. Including cyanide producing compounds, which can make you feel sick when you eat them. There are also other alkaloids in there that may make you feel sick. It's quite normal to try spewing them up not long after eating them. If you do, absolutely nothing will happen. You need to keep them swallowed for the duration.
The cyanide won't harm you, it'll just make you feel sick. Most people start with 4-7 HBWR seeds. I've tried 25. It wasn't very much fun, and I was sick four or five hours later, after feeling extremely rough for those hours. 10-14 is a better idea if you're used to dealing with the feelings, because it's easier to not throw up. 25 is abnormally high, and that much will almost certainly make you sick.
If you've got the right seeds, you'll know because they taste kind of nasty, slightly bitter and soapy. You might also have a kind of dry, soapy feeling in your mouth. Your skin might also start feeling hot and dry, your stomach muscles will tighten up (a side effect of some alkaloids) and you may feel a continuous urge to stretch out muscles. Along with the possibility of feeling sick.
If you start feeling sick, try some weed.
The effect is no where near as visually amazing as it is with other hallucinogens, so don't expect to be tripping balls, it can usually be that colors simply look richer and drops of dew sparkle more.
