I dunno man. I would have to say that kratom would be the worst thing to do before making sweet, sweet nookie. For one thing it makes you tired in an opium like way. And when you do enough to get real high, you get the itches just like other opioids. For me it feels like walking through spiderwebs and that's not something I think would be desirable during sex.
