My state recently made possession of JWH-018 illegal, the bill mentioned a few other cannabanoids specifically but not JWH-200. If someone were to sell JWH-200 based smoking blend as incense commercially they would not be breaking the law due to the analogue act or something would they? Seems this scenario is legal, a fine line though. Its stupid to ban specific cannabanoids, Chinese are way ahead of the politicians.
