Indoor growing

I was wondering if there was any highish content plant that would be suitable for indoor growing, i only have a small flat so preferably something like phalaris grass but the gramine (?) content is off-putting, also the incredibly low concentration.

Any ideas?

Mimosa!!!! Phalaris is too hard. Tried many times, not worth it + gramine..

my understanding is that mimosa is quite a large plant, and harvesting the root bark would be detrimental to the plant, meaning one plant one harvest?
Anyone have any mimosa cultivation experience that is contrary to this?

it is a large plant, you should get some bonsai experience before doing it
