freeze or dry, or dry and then freeze?

What would be the best method to conserve shrooms?
They don't have to be good forever, just for about 2-3 months.

What are your experiences?

Both is illegal !!

I've made some tea, and freezed in the tea. Works just fine.

Dry, then freeze. DON'T FREEZERBURN. Make sure they're in an airtight package as well. Tupperware works well.

A friend of mine tried the tea. It was in the freezer for half a year and it workes just fine !!!! Nice to know that you can keep it at least for half a year !
