Well fat is due to eating more trash food and some of the meals, which are prepared in oil. So first they have to keep these meals, next they have to add fruits and veggies such as mango, bananas and oranges and vegetables such as cabbage, spinach and some sort of meats like fish as well after that exercise, also has great significance in my view for burning fats.

Green Tea, and Ginseng help to increase your metabolism, and help you to burn fat faster.

You need to cut out an excess of fatty foods, however, cutting out all fat from your diet is not a good thing as some fat is required to maintain good health as well.

Or go tribe dance, trance, move your body a lot and drink a lot of water x)

but yeah tea is great ^^ add some spice, cumin, in your food.. Right now i dont clearly remember everything but yeah look for it too ^^

Agree with you and like to say we must eat healthy and workout daily to burn fat. Add berries, broccoli,, whole grain bread, salmon fish, eggs, lean chicken, low fat dairy, oatmeal, garlic and onion, chilies, almonds, brown rice and olive oil more in your daily diet plans. Drink green tea and having citrus fruits are also effective in burning fat.
