Is there a way to take Ephedra in another way then take the caps. They are too big for me. I cant get them into my stomache :-( I had always problems with taking pills etc.

So i tried to open the caps and drink the stuff with water, but it taste more bad than shit ...

Please help, what should i do...

I've also problems with swallowing the (hugh) ephedra caps.
Disolve them in water is a way to ingest them but the taste was so terrible when i drank the liquid that i had to vormit.
Maybe you can make tea out of the caps ?!?!?

snorting the extract is not an option .

i am a Vegatarian so i don't eat the Caps but replace them with smaller non-Gelatin caps

whats the problem with the caps? do they get stuck or something like that?
